Hyperlogistics Group is Hiring a Warehouse Supervisor Near Columbus, OH
Hyperlogistics Group, Inc., a 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider specializing in Warehousing & Distribution Services is looking for an experienced First Shift Warehouse Supervisor for 2 of our off-site locations. This is a 1st shift, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm position with an occasional weekend and over-time opportunities. Starting rate is $26.00 per hour.
This is a full time position with our full benefit package consisting of: Major Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, 64 hours of paid sick time, 80 hours of paid vacation, 8 paid holidays and tuition reimbursement.
Hyperlogistics is now an Employee-Owned Company with the opportunity to receive free company stock allocations through our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) after one full year of employment.
Job Requirements –
- At least 2 year of warehouse supervisor experience
- Work in ambient temperature facilities
- Working Supervisor, 80% of the time will be spent on a forklift unloading, picking and loading trailers whenever is needed
- Supervise 4 to 6 associates
- Meet Customer requirements and deadlines
- Follow company SOP's
- Adhere to company safety standards
- Manage productivity standards
- Track and record customers revenue per hour for each building
- Cycle counting inventory
- Follow food safety guidelines for handling products
- Open and close facility
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Stable work history
- Reliable transportation
- Operated a Standup Forklift, Reach Truck and Sit-down forklift.
- Must pass an equipment skills test on Crown equipment.
- Pass a Background Check and drug screening.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
