We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Plainfield, Indiana and who will share our Company values.

What You'll Be Contributing:
  • Support the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies.
  • Provide consultative guidance, coaching and support to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Assist in recruiting, administration of compensation and benefit programs, training, and development.
  • Help foster a positive culture and work environment.
  • Conduct new hire orientations.
  • Implement organizational development or performance management strategies as developed by head office.
  • Oversee Health & Safety (H&S) initiatives by partnering with the H&S Specialist and local management.
  • Complete personnel transactions in the HRIS and maintain associated records.
  • Responsible for management of Workers Compensation and FMLA files.
  • Stay informed on relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Good judgement; Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
  • College degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Outlook, PPT, Word)
  • Ability to work onsite to support business needs.
