Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Nephrology team at a reputable outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced medical environment.

Duties:

- Assist in patient intake, including measuring vital signs, documenting medical histories, and preparing patients for examinations.
- Perform various clinical tasks such as collecting specimens, and conducting basic laboratory tests.
- Support physicians during procedures and examinations, ensuring a smooth workflow in both outpatient and clinic settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- Assist in coordinating referrals to specialists and ancillary services as needed.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, physicians, and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with clinic operations.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
