Hypower Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Renewable Energy Division in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for keeping CRM program information up to date.
• Assist in electronic data filing.
• Assist in payroll preparation.
• Assist in both AP and AR tasks.
• Assist in marketing and event planning.
• Provide back up for other team members.

Qualifications Desired:

• High organizational skills and the ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn customized computer software.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Smart Sheets.
