We are seeking a skilled and experienced Databricks Architect Tech Lead to join our team. As a Databricks Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Databricks solutions to meet our business needs. You will lead a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance, architecture design, and ensuring the successful delivery of Databricks projects.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Databricks solutions based on business requirements.

Lead and mentor a team of Databricks developers and engineers.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.

Develop and maintain Databricks architecture and design documentation.

Perform code reviews, ensure coding standards, and implement best practices.

Optimize Databricks performance, scalability, and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Databricks environment.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Databricks technology.

Design, develop, and implement data pipelines using Databricks.

Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to integrate data sources and build analytical solutions.

Optimize and tune Databricks clusters for performance and scalability.

Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into Databricks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Databricks Architect or similar role.

Strong expertise in Databricks platform, including Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow.

Experience with data engineering, data modeling, and ETL processes.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Certification in Databricks or related technologies is a plus.
