Responsibilities
•Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
•Ensure all payments are made on time and in compliance with company policies and procedures
•Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise
•Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reports
•Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
Qualifications
•Proficient in data entry
•Strong typing & 10 key skills
•Basic accounting knowledge
•US work authorization
•Able to pass assessments for typing proficiency and accounting skills
•Associates Degree or 7 years of accounting experience.
