What You Will Do
- Work with customer, peers, and management to ensure proper prioritization and implementation of systems changes.
- Work as a liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for enhanced changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
- Convert business requirements to solutions and provide specialist technical expertise.
- Consult, review, and analyze business information to determine the solution efficiently.
- Must understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Hybrid Greenville location that will be a part of a Global team managing /facilitating/across ALL theaters globally.
- Business Acumen: Possesses a keen understanding of market dynamics, financial principles, and organizational strategies, enabling informed decision-making and driving sustainable growth.
- Organized: You excel at managing multiple projects and details, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. Assess projects to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
- Motivated: Innovator who likes to strategically attack problems to produce solutions. Highly motivated to take action and be hands-on to direct projects from start to finish.
- Quick Learner: You adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes, staying current with industry trends. Thrives in an ambiguous work environment.
- Flexible/Patient: Empathy for helping others above and beyond the tasks at hand.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 3 years of experience preferred
- Business Analyst Skills (understand business domain and needs, elicit requirements, plan and manage requirements, analyze and document requirements, validate and verify requirements, formulate solutions, communicate)
- Business Improvement Processes
- System Development Life Cycle
- Technical infrastructure/system exposure and understanding
- Understanding of Audit / Compliance
- Excellent PC skills – window products
- Understand Generic Business Process within field of expertise
- Product knowledge is a plus
