Job Title Quality Control Technician Job Category Quality Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION As a QA Tech, you will work with manufacturing personnel in identifying and solving quality problems. Duties include performing functional and non-functional final inspection of completed units, inspecting first run parts, maintaining accurate records and investigating repetitive problems through capability studies and other tools. Final component audits and timely investigation/resolution of quality hotline calls are also required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Work with manufacturing employees to identify and solve quality issues. 2. Investigate and identify/propose/initiate resolution for quality hot line calls. 3. Coordinate cross-functional activities/communication for issue resolution. 4. Perform quality inspection and audits. 5. Maintain 5S standards. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
