Lead the business operations of our the regional service office which is dedicated to supporting and growing the service portion of the business segment. The Branch Manager serves as the main point of contact for the facility handling the day-to-day operations, management of Mobile Van Technicians and inside office personnel, and customer service/sales support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Management of all office operations, in-house staff and Mobile Van Techs
• Analyze monthly branch and individual results in order to provide feedback and direction to staff
• Review Mobile Van Techs performance to ensure fulfillment of Branch and individual Key Performance Indicator Goals
• Monitor activities of Mobile Van Techs, Regional Office In-House Technicians/Administrative Assistantsand and provide performance management guidance as a coach to help them grow
• Ensure all paperwork and processes are completed to meet company standards of performance
• Provide management with analysis and reports that reflect branch activity
• Complete all required part and sales order reports
• Interact with customers to set appointments
• Perform inventories quarterly and other misc. office operations
• Control of P&L and vendor approval; Ensure a current, signed and dated, W-9 for new vendors are obtained and that vendors are aware of sending invoices to appropriate address
• Process all customer billings; E-mail copies to A/P include approval
• Conducts meetings to meet ISO standards
• Quoting of all tool and repair services for customers
• Check invoices for accuracy and sign and date the invoice

Supervisory Responsibilities

Mobile Van Techs

• Coordinate & supervise weekly schedules
• Analyze results to provide coaching and ensure compliance with individual goals
• Ensure all paperwork and processes are completed to meet company standards of performance

Regional Office In-House Technicians/Administrative Assistants

• Provide structure and guidance as to daily activities and ensure they are completed to satisfaction

Education/Experience Required

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• A proven track record of office management with supervisory experience and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with heavy industry terminology/applications or tools applications, preferred

Computer Skills Necessary

• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.

Physical Demands/Requirements

• May occasionally be required to lift and move up to 75 lbs

W ork Environment

• Standard office environment of moderate noise level.
• Normal work environment is in an office area. However there may be occasional visits to the Shipping/Receiving area, which is in close proximity to the loading dock. Periodic opening and closing of the overhead door can cause temporary temperature variations and noise levels higher than in the normal “office” areas.
