Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to online inquiries from potential customers
• Provide accurate and prompt information about vehicles, pricing, promotions, and financing options
• Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication to nurture relationships
• Schedule and coordinate test drives, virtual tours, and dealership visits
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain an organized database of customer information and sales activities

Requirements

• Prior experience in automotive sales or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of vehicles, features, and specifications
• Proficient in using CRM software and other online sales tools
• Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required

• Valid driver's license
