Hyundai of Venice is Hiring a Service dispatcher Near Venice, FL
I am looking for someone with an Automotive Service repair background. They will dispatch and monitor the progress of repair jobs that head into the service shop.
They will also help with the flow on the service drive, moving cars and greeting customers as they arrive. Dealership service experience is a definite plus.
Must be able to get along with everyone and must be able to multi-task.
Responsibilities :
- Dispatch work to technicians
- Monitor work flow in shop
- Keep the work flow even and fair
- Assist Service Advisors on the drive by greeting customers and letting them know a Service Advisor will be right with them, and moving cars off the drive to the shop
