ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. You must be well versed in all forms of design, ranging from print to digital. This role within Fintech Meetup offers valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to grow within a creative and supportive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create captivating and innovative designs for email campaigns, website layouts, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Develop visually impactful and eye-catching signage for on-site events, ensuring brand consistency and effectively communicating key messages to event attendees.
• Conceptualize and design engaging marketing and sales collateral that effectively communicates our brand message, captures the attention of our target audience, and supports our sales and marketing initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have 3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design and Visual Communications
• Be an expert on Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in a Mac environment
• A sense of humor and the ability to inject creativity and wit into website design, brochures, email campaigns etc.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering accurate and error-free designs.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• The salary band for this position ranges from $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience
• This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus
