Hyve Group is looking to hire a 3-month Contract Sales Recruiter to support our internal recruitment team during a dynamic period of growth. You’ll report into and collaborate closely with our Director of Talent and hiring managers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Sales Talent Acquisition: This role will be responsible for full cycle sales recruitment which includes sourcing, outreach, and assessment of a diverse range of candidates from Sales Manager to Head of Sales positions.
• Pipeline Building and Attraction Strategies: Showcase creativity and proactive initiative in attracting top sales talent, employing innovative methods to capture the attention of high-potential candidates to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
• Candidate Experience Champion: Deliver a positive and memorable candidate experience by providing engaging interactions at every touchpoint, reflecting Hyve’s culture & values.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Sales Recruitment Expert: Demonstrate expertise in talent acquisition and sourcing within a fast-paced sales environment, preferably within the technology or media sectors, with a proven track record in recruiting in recruitment agencies or internal recruitment roles.
• Stakeholder Management: Adept at fostering strong relationships across various levels of the organization.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness throughout the recruitment process.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Integrity and Discretion: Uphold a high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and trust throughout the recruitment process.

COMPENSATION:

• The weekly salary range for this role is $2,000-$2,500 based on experience level.
• Hybrid Work in our NYC Office.
