Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment to ensure that customers’ build requirements are understood and disseminated;

roll up feedback and respond appropriately to these requests. Manage and execute predefined processes.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to create and maintain build plan for large volume production facility.
• Validate work order integrity.
• Ensure production line balance.
• Release work orders for material pull and production.
• Follow up with suppliers for any material issues.
• Ensure all planning reports are accurate and up to date.
• Daily correspondence with Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations.
• Ability to work across multiple departments : Inventory Control, Material Supply, Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, and Quality.
• Tracks and reports daily / weekly build plans, order status, and demand forecast.
• Provide timely response to program management regarding customer prioritization requests.
• Identify and escalate issues related to meeting production schedules.

Qualifications :

• 2 years technical school preferred, or 2 years of related production planning experience.
• At least five years of experience in production environment.
• 3 years of experience with ERP / MRP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on high level of experience with Excel.
• Detail oriented. Emphasis on data-driven communication and retention.
• Ability to learn and understand the processes / capabilities / limitations of internal planning system (MPS).
• Ability to coordinate, and work cooperatively, with various departments and personnel to meet customer commitments.
• Ability to work in standard office setting, including continuous sitting, standing, keyboarding.
