Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate & Content Creator at I AM MORE, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the boutique's aesthetic appeal. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing detailed product information and styling advice.
• Sales & Inventory Management: Process sales transactions, manage inventory, and ensure that the sales floor is stocked with our latest collections.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating attractive displays and ensuring the store is visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
• Content Creation for Social Media: Develop engaging content for our Instagram and Facebook pages, including product highlights, behind-the-scenes looks, and promotional events. Creativity in photography and caption writing is key to showcasing our brand's personality and engaging our community.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to our brand's standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team to achieve sales targets, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 - 3 years Women’s Specialty High End Retail experience required.
• Graphic design, and e-commerce website skills required.
• Tech savvy with proficient computer skills, office software, and Point of Sale experience.
• Social media proficiency required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, merchandising and styling.
• Be available to work during the week and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
