Our client is looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to their team.

Key Responsibilities :

Safety and Compliance :

Ensure a safe environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.Adhere to DOT and OSHA regulations.

Operational Management :

Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.Track and report maintenance metrics using Microsoft Office and Oracle EAM.

Team Leadership :

Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including electricians, welders, and mechanics.Provide performance feedback and conduct performance reviews.

Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve goals.

Budgeting and Cost Management :

Monitor and adjust contracts, leases, and expenses related to maintenance.Ensure spending aligns with budgetary constraints.

Administrative Duties :

Maintain staffing levels and ensure compliance with HR policies.Participate in hiring and training new employees.Work with HR to prepare job descriptions.

Special Projects :

Undertake special projects as assigned.Support internal control processes and report any compliance issues.

Qualifications :

• 5-7 years in an industrial maintenance environment, with supervisory experience.
• College courses in business or management are beneficial.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle EAM.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and adhere to safety regulations.
