Order Type : Temp To Full-Time

Manufacturing company in Cartersville seeking receptionist for their Accounts Payable department.

Must have experience working in AP / AR; or have a background in this area.

1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, $20 / hr. to start!

Primary job functions / responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• consistent use of computer with strong clerical background
• answering phones, taking messages, etc.
• Must be able to sit at desk for the majority of the shift
• prior customer service / receptionist experience required
• bilingual (Spanish), preferred
• Requirements;
• prior experience working in Accounts Payable or Receivable
• strong communications skills
• strong knowledge of MS Office
