Job DescriptionLink Solutions is seeking an IT Program Manager (Senior-Level) to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • DoD Secret Clearance required
  • Non-remote (relocation incentive available)
The IT Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the US Army’s Southeastern Regional Network Enterprise Center at Fort Stewart, GA. This role involves overseeing system administration and engineering efforts, ensuring the maintenance and sustainment of both existing and new government IT systems. By closely collaborating with government customers, the Manager will identify needs and opportunities for improvement, supporting enterprise-level infrastructure. This position is essential in providing oversight for various tasks and activities, ensuring successful technical support, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers. Serve as the technical program lead for all performance areas of delivery.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery team.
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery.
  • Manage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery.
  • Plan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations.
  • Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas.
  • Analyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support.
  • Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports.
