ResponsibilitiesClient Assistance: Serve as a primary contact point for clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on insurance policies and coverage.
Policy Maintenance: Process policy changes, update customer information, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Claims Support: Assist clients with claim submissions, offering guidance on the claims process and providing updates on claim status.
Customer Service: Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
RequirementsLicensing: Active MN Property & Casualty License required
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and coworkers
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing client policies and documentation
Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when dealing with client information
