Job Description:

You will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing various projects including photographing and listing items online, within our E-Commerce platforms. The specialist must also store and maintain inventory systems for processing the sale, shipping, and tracking of
orders to help grow the E-Commerce business within iMedical. This position will require a thorough knowledge of company products and processes and oversee the daily operations of our online sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming company phone calls and assist with questions about the E-Commerce Department.
• Stays actively involved in initiating, executing, tracking, monitoring, and closing all sales transactions through E-Commerce.
• Manage outsourced AdWords and PPC platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Take clear and concise photos of all products and maintain them on the company’s ECommerce sites.
• Addresses and corrects any spelling typos or discrepancies on selling platforms.
• Serves as liaison to set up new customers and vendors.
• Uses automated internal systems to identify and monitor sales and help enhance the design of promotional platforms.
• Provides or facilitates accurate reports and analysis on financial data and metrics in weekly and monthly feedback reports.
• Daily tasks of promoting sale items on social media platforms while monitoring and adjusting selling prices to be competitive.
• Identify and track competitive markets and emerging activities to establish a strategy for supply and demand.
• Effectively prioritizes and can independently work alone to make sound decisions to drive sales and balance the needs and demands of E-Commerce sales.
• Performs and assists managers with any other duties or tasks assigned within the iMedical facility.
