Marketing Manager

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Summary
We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our brand and inbound sales channels. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools, design tools, managing service partners and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects and revenue. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

1. Deploy strong Campaign strategies.
2. Data-driven. Strong knowledge of analytics tools.
3. Grow a brand from content creation.
Ideal Candidate:
· Uses strong ideation to deploy strategic initiatives to drive results for effective campaigns.
· Data-driven with a strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. Creates effective digital campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn. Understands Web flow well.
· Has previously developed, executed, and managed a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s vision to grow the brand and customer journeys.
Responsibilities
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic and leads to our digital channels
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Work with sales leadership to ensure we are aligning our position to meet various vertical, and persona needs
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from digital to print and expanding thought leadership and case studies
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Requirements and skills
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with revenue production
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
• Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing digital campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn
• Website development and best practices using Web flow.
• Strong data knowledge. Know how to use data to tell a story.
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and communication
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
