Marketing Manager - Leading Animal Health Company
Are you a high-performing marketing professional with a passion for animal health and have experience in the pet food industry?
Join our client, a globally respected Animal Health company, as they expand their companion animal business. With over 60 years of excellence in Companion Animal, Equine, and Livestock products, they are renowned for their superior products and outstanding customer service, and their culture is absolutely fantastic. They will be launching a brand-new pet food range into the market in 2025 for dogs and cats which will be your sole focus. These products will be sold in the Veterinary and Pet retail channel.
Position: Marketing Manager - Pet Food
Location: Sydney HQ, with options to be based in Brisbane or Melbourne
About the Company: Our client is a trailblazer in the animal health industry, offering a diverse portfolio of well-known prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) brands. While they have a strong presence in the veterinary channel, they are now focusing on expanding their retail business to support the launch of new and innovative products. This is an exciting time to join the business and launch a brand-new range of specialty pet food!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for the launch of a new pet food range for cats and dogs in 2025.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand the retail side of the business.
- Manage and grow the portfolio of well-known OTC brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform marketing tactics.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
