Job Purpose:

The Sr. Owner Project Manager will serve as the client's key representative in managing construction projects, ensuring adherence to company policies, processes, and procedures. This role is critical in coordinating construction activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing project engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the client's Owner Representative, enforcing company policies, processes, and procedures with Construction Management Firms to minimize impact on client operations.
• Coordinate day-to-day construction activities in the field and ensure Cardinal Trailer presence.
• Facilitate construction coordination between internal client groups, including Site Logistics, Digital, Security, and EHS.
• Manage construction project changes, prevent scope creep, and escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee the Project Engineering Field Team, providing leadership and guidance.
• Ensure adherence to construction schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractor site presence, access management, resource logistics, and off-hours work.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field.
• PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
• Experience working in GMP environments and familiarity with FDA regulations.
