**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and development initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize SimplePractice to track sales activities and maintain client records
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Conduct research to identify potential markets and target clients
- Manage accounts and ensure client satisfaction through regular communication
- Assist in technical sales presentations and demonstrations
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients
**Skills:**
- No experience needed. However, proven experience in sales, business development, or account management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Technical sales knowledge is advantageous
