Natasha Ewa owner / CEO of the small expanding outpatient therapy practice, I-Thrive Therapy and Wellness, is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and communicative individual to join the team (must reside in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, USA for this hybrid position).
I-Thrive Therapy and Wellness is seeking a passionate individual with ethically, creative clinical interventions who believes in the mission of providing services through an ethical, emotional, and behaviorally in-tune practice.
In this therapist role, you will work directly with clients, to address their mental health needs including but not limited to mood disorders, health crises, self-esteem issues, interpersonal relationship concerns, communication issues, workplace stressors, PTSD, racial PTSD, anxiety, loss and bereavement, career choice and changes, anger and stress management, and more!
This role requires someone who enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds, is a self-leader but also an active team player, and additionally understands the importance of documentation.
