• Minimum 4-6 years relevant experience in Sports Operations.
• Must have a good general understanding of all Sports (MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, Soccer, Cricket, GOLF, Tennis, as well as other professional sports)
• Must be flexible to support day, evening, and overnight shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Experience in Media distribution or other related industry in operations or continuous improvement
• Knowledge of video processing components, Broadcast and Streaming operations
• Experience with troubleshooting, systems analysis, and data analysis
• Knowledge of ITIL (Incident / Problem / Change management) practices
• Experience with event-based monitoring and navigation of tools (such as ServiceNow, Moogsoft, Ineoquest, etc.) to analyze and identify faults
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and make decisions and work under high stress situations
• Attention to detail and completing work with high degree of accuracy

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Moogsoft/Ineoquest: 3 years (Required)
• IT support: 8 years (Required)
• Sports Operations: 5 years (Required)
