i360 Solutions Ltd (Malta) is Hiring a Junior Designer (part-time) Near New York, NY
The RoleITHAKA is offering a part-time Junior Designer position, (working approximately 20 hours per week) to an enthusiastic, emerging designer with a love for brand design. As a member of our passionate and mission-driven in-house Marketing and creative team, you will help tell our story in compelling new ways that connect with our audiences. You'll be responsible for developing and assisting in the creation of design solutions and creative for marketing sites, social media, emails, presentations and webinars, videos, print, and more.
Responsibilities
- Take direction from the Senior Digital Designer and Principal Creative Director to create effective and impactful creative solutions
- Adapt multimedia design solutions to social media templates across all channels (ie. Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), assuring that specifications are correct
- Curate imagery from JSTOR that is in line with our brand and copyright laws
- Assist in the creation of animations that tell our brand connected story and empower the organization to create materials that are consistent with our brand
- Collaborate and ideate with Brand and Product Design teams for a wide range of design needs
- Ensure excellent work with a high level of quality, execution, and consistency
- Present work and ideas to peers and stakeholders across the organization
- Follow a user-centered approach to design and strategy
- Help to ensure content quality and consistent visual design and messaging
- Work within our brand guidelines, images, components, and overall brand identity to elevate our marketing designs
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- Self-starter who can bring enthusiasm and energy to every project
- Clear communicator and effective problem solver with a passion for design and systems thinking

The starting rate for this position ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour. Starting pay may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
