Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Media and Marketing and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in promoting our properties, engaging with potential tenants, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing, website content management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing:

• Manage and update our Facebook Marketplace listings.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms to attract potential tenants.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on social media.

Website Content Management:

• Update and maintain property listings on our website.
• Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new content ideas.
• Utilize and oversee online web platforms like Zillow and Apartments.com for property listings.

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Assist potential tenants with property information and scheduling viewings.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Analyze marketing data and provide insights to improve strategies.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing and website content management.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems.
• Knowledge of property management industry is a plus.
