Job Description

Are you ready to kick-start your career in the dynamic and ever-evolving automotive industry? We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Administrator to join our fast-growing team. As a vital part of our sales strategy, this position is the initial contact for our prospective clients and is responsible for scheduling webinars for the Sales Team as well as other administrative duties.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Reaching out to prospective customers by phone using a company-provided call list to schedule them for appointments or demos with our Regional Sales Managers.

  • Achieve daily/monthly call and sales quotas (daily call range: 80 to 100).

  • Providing information about our products and services.

  • Documenting and updating customer records in CRM, based on interactions.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the automotive industry and take part in group discussions.

  • Constantly studies and researches competitors’ current capabilities (strengths/weaknesses) and utilizes this information to convert prospects that are presently engaged with a competitive product.

  • Processing New Sale Agreements within Salesforce

  • Assisting field reps with the submission of expenses

  • Assisting the Sales Director with administrative duties

What We Are Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, with cold-calling responsibilities

  • Experience within the insurance/financial services industry, specifically automotive or casualty lines of business, strongly preferred.

  • Strong computer/MS Office skills

  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly

  • Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple projects, and think critically

  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • A positive, learning-oriented attitude
