What Do IAA Title Specialists Do?

• Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale
• Keep up-to-date on title regulations by learning and maintaining knowledge of current title / salvage laws
• Provide excellent customer service and support by offering solutions and timely responses to external / internal partners

What are the Requirements?

• Basic digital literacy
• Time managing skills with the ability to balance workload
• Excellent written, verbal, and communications skills
• Thrives in a team environment with a positive, upbeat, and pleasant demeanor

Not required, but preferred :

• Title administration, title processing, or DMV experience
• Vehicle total loss / claims experience
• Intermediate Excel skills

New York Residents Only : The salary range for New York residents is between $20.00 $21.00 per hour . Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
