Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (Rate determined based on education and experience)
Expected Hours: 20 hours, Weekends as needed

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
− Implement ABA-based programs to enhance communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
− Maintain positive relationships with supervisors, teams, and families.
− Document and track client progress consistently.
− Address challenging behaviors effectively.
− Ensure confidentiality of client information.
− Travel to client homes and community settings.
− Perform tasks like diapering/toileting and sanitizing toys/work surfaces if required.
Physical Requirements:
− Regularly engage in physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and crawling on the floor.
− Exhibit manual dexterity for data entry and use of electronic devices.
− Specific vision and auditory abilities as detailed in the job description.
− Effective communication skills and the ability to drive a motor vehicle.
Qualifications/Requirements:
− Experience with Children required.
− High school or equivalent
− Driver’s license (required)
− RBT certification (preferred)
− Bilingual Spanish-speaking is a plus but not mandatory.
− Authorized to work in the US
RBT Supervision and Training:
− New hires schedule the RBT exam within 100 days of employment (exam fee reimbursed).
− Training is compensated.
− Upon RBT certification, receive a $1 raise.
− Potential promotion to Registered Field Trainer (RFT) after 6 months as an RBT.
