Human Resources Generalist

• Responsible for activities in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and creating new hire schedules.
• Accountable for onboarding processes including preparing offer letters, data entry and completing I-9s.
• Conduct the employee off-boarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including personal information, compensation, benefits, and performance evaluations.
• Support payroll processing and assist with benefits administration.
• Assist in the administration of compensation programs, includes data analysis and calculations, processing merit/promotion increases and equity awards.
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and programs inside and outside of the US.
• Answer employees’ questions on policies, procedures and benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support for HRIS implementation and upgrades, including data migration and system testing.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university preferred with a major or emphasis in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
• 3-5 years of human resources related experience and/or training.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems such as TriNet, Lattice etc.
• Familiar with US based employment laws.

• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills with particular attention to detail required.
