**Job Title: Bookkeeper Administrative Assistant**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Bookkeeper Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft SharePoint, and managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Additionally, proficiency in multistep business quoting and invoicing, as well as exceptional customer and vendor care skills, are essential for success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain financial records, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating reports.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Handle multi-step business quoting and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer and vendor care, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize Microsoft SharePoint for document management and collaboration purposes.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Administrative Assistant perferred, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with multi-step business quoting and invoicing processes is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or vendor management role is a plus.
