In partnership with the Nurse Director, assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care in an assigned area/department to focus on consistent, quality care and improvement of care, safety, and satisfaction. Accountable for healthcare outcomes for a specific group of patients in an area/department through the application of research-based information to design, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care. Supervises the Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Patient Care Assistants for their team.
