This includes journal entries, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, and ad hoc requests that assist with gathering and analyzing the financial data for the organization. Key Responsibilities:Support the finance team with routine requests and processes including but not limited to:Monthly journal entriesFinancial reporting for close decks Balance sheet reconciliations Track/research deposits Financial admin requestsCheck requests (distributions, sub-cap, community partners, meeting stipends, etc)Serve as point person for APGeneral AP duties: manage SHCN Invoices mailbox, assist setting up new vendors up in AP system, following up on payment statuses, and completing trackers/reconciliations as necessarySubmit invoices to APResearch and respond to inquiriesManage escalationsAssist with ad hoc requestsEducation: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field requiredYears of Experience: No experience required.Specialized Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookGeneral knowledge of an ACO helpful, but not essentialDesire to learn and grow, under the supervision of their colleaguesStrong analytical skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyMust be able to maintain confidentiality of informationStrong interpersonal skills Application InstructionsPlease click on the link below to apply for this position.
