Bachelor's Degree and completion of approved training program for Medical Technologist with MT (ASCP or AMT)certification.2. Must be CLIA qualified for high complexity testing.3. Minimum of two years in an accredited college or one or more years of training in an accredited school for Medical Laboratory Technicians, or training in an approved military training program. Must have ASCP or AMT certification, or must be certification eligible and must complete certification within prescribed time period as set forth by accrediting agency (usually a maximum of 2 years).2. Previous experience in hospital clinical laboratory preferred.
