Responsible to the customer for courteous, accurate, timely service. Minimum Qualifications:Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Current Ohio license as a registered nurse by the Ohio Board of Nursing required. Current BLS and ACLS is required Previous experience as an RN preferred. Specific areas require specific qualifications and must meet required skills for unit specific addendum. Candidates working 8-hour shifts must be available a minimum of 24 hours and maximum of 40 hours in a 4-week period with one being a off shiftand one being a weekend shift. Also, 2 holidaysa year one would have to be Christmas or New Years. Candidates working 12-hour shifts must be available a minimum of 36hours and maximum of 48hours in a 4-week period with one being a off shiftand one being a weekend shift. Job Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:Performs as a team leader of multi-skilled workers to accomplish plan of care for each patient. Leads multi-skilled team to provide high quality, cost-effective, comprehensive patient care. Independently, makes sound judgments and effective decisions relative to patient care. Performs all skills on the Registered Nurse Equipment/Skills checklist. Performs other duties as assigned.
