The Manager participates in evaluating opportunities to optimize utilization and reimbursement across populations of patients to meet organizational strategic objectives and reduce denials. The Manager works directly with Case Managers and Director to ensure concurrent reviews are timely and discharge plan development in place and fosters collaborative communication with the Medical Staff regarding seamless progress toward discharge.
