Position Overview:
This person will work as a team member for a leading electrical contractor as a Safety and Quality Manager who is responsible for analyzing and developing safety plans, risk assessments, and pre-job briefings; investigating incidents, developing corrective actions to change behavior and address latent system weaknesses and documenting through an investigation report; keeping training certifications current; spending time with field workforce to provide safety and quality leadership for projects related to commercial, industrial, institutional electrical, communication, utility distribution, and utility transmission services. In addition, the Safety and Quality Manager supervises the Safety and Quality Coordinators.
