This seasonal position works directly with the Group Sales Department to assist in the booking and execution of Corporate, Youth and Small Group catered and non-catered events
Specific Responsibilities
• Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: fielding incoming calls and inputting reservations into our ticketing and catering systems, processing payments for group ticket programs, assisting with incremental sales to include catered meals and other add-ons, contacting leads that have been submitted to the park, and providing support for Guest Services inquiries as needed.
• Answers incoming calls and take small group and youth reservations.
• Provides accurate product and program information including suggesting up-sell products.
• Maintains a high level of accuracy for information given and data entry for reservations.
• Corresponds via email with customers regarding website inquiries for information.
