Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer Communication for Trucking
• Daily ( /-) Reporting for all Dept.
• Data Entry
• Data Input of Manual Releases from Customer
• EDI Control
• Filing and Controlling of all PC Documents
• Schedule Shipping
• Help Monitor Build out
• Assist with mass production build out and ramp up of new models
• Work with other departments to develop pull lists for service parts build
• Work with customers on timely shipments and preparation of service part shipments
• Track and help reduce Delivery Trouble Reports
• Supports Physical Inventory -Cycle Counts of FG
• Capable of timely follow-up and able to manage time effectively
• Display excellent communication skills; effectively provide feedback to all appropriate people and areas
• Make decisions for departments best interest
• Monitor customer shipments as shippers are loading
• Perform shipping audits to ensure shipping SOP are followed
• Help monitor and keep IBT shipping area organized and clean – 5S
• Direct drivers to designated area upon arrival and notify shipper of arrival
• Overtime may be assigned
• Travel not likely or 0%, but may be requested by Leadership
• Training needs are based on IB Tech’s training matrix for this position, relevant to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements

· Associate Degree (AS) in related field AND 3 years of job-specific and related experience in manufacturing scheduling and production control OR;

· 5 years of job specific and related experience in manufacturing scheduling and production control AND;

· Must possess demonstrated analytical capability; ability to work independently and as a team; excellent written and oral communication; ability to inspire and motivate others; and proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications, enterprise resource planning systems experience is a plus.

Physical Demands

· Associate must be able to occasionally lift up to 40lbs in single or multiple lifts. Associate must be able to occasionally push/pull up to 100lbs. Associate will frequently bend, twist, turn, squat kneel, overhead reach, climb stairs, and pinch grip small objects for up to 4 hours per day. Typical work environment includes sitting, typing, writing in an office setting 7 hours per day and standing in manufacturing areas 1 hour per day. Associate must have a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles. Idle time between job tasks is likely to exist. Break/Lunch periods are typical in an 8.5-hour day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.60 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
