What you will be doing:

Handle daily accounts payable (A/P), manage treasury functions, and reconcile bank and credit card transactions regularly.

Perform daily fuel reconciliations and monthly analysis of the general ledger (G/L) for financial statements.

Assist with various tasks across the accounting department and provide ad hoc reports as necessary.

Handle various accounting tasks like

A/P, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting

QuickBooks Online proficiency, and strong communication skills
