-Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.

-Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.

-Verifying insurance before the patient comes in for scheduled appointments.

-Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat, and clean.

-Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
