We are seeking a skilled STNA to join our team in Dayton, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients and assisting with daily living activities. The STNA will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient care and observations
- Assist with feeding and nutrition
- Administer medications as directed by the nurse
