Customer Service Representatives are responsible for creating an exceptional experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Communicating with customers regarding products and services using email and phone platforms

* Full range of billing and collections duties

* Negotiating and completing order requests as needed

* Working with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently

* Accurately computing and quoting various fees and adjustments

* Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs

* Full range of repair resolution duties

Qualifications

Some things we consider critical for this role:

* Experience in a customer focused role

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and make solid decisions

* Professional

* History of excellent work attendance

* Basic math skills, data entry skills, and sales aptitude

* Basic knowledge of legacy Telco products preferred

* Experience with Microsoft Office

Must haves for this job:

* High school diploma or the equivalent

* 18 Years of age or older
