IBM is Hiring a Remote Technical Solution Architect
Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Solution Architect is responsible for working closely with customers to understand mission-critical company directives and develop technical solutions to support the business needs and technical requirements, then apply AI solutions to address the needs. This role is specifically required to use a mix of consultative skills, technical expertise, and the latest IBM AI software to guide customers in building solutions involving conversational and generative AI.
This includes:
- Reviewing customers’ environment to ensure it meets all pre-requisites
- Migrate/upgrade/install pre-requisites in customers' environment as needed
- Assess customers conversational and generative AI applications and requirements
- Help define customers’ conversational and generative AI strategy (approach, dependencies, impacts etc)
- Assist customers with designing and implementing conversational and generative AI application
- Assist customers with production planning and assessments
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with generative AI models and platforms (e.g. watsonx.ai).
- Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g. watsonx Assistant).
- Experience in end-to-end solution architecture.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong skills in understanding customer requirements and pain points then applying technology to best address them.
- Proficiency in communicating with external clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience with Data Science and traditional AI/ML modeling evaluation (classification, regression)
- Experience with Generative AI
- Experience with chatbots
- Experience with AI Governance
- Experience with software development (Java, Python)
- Master of Science Degree
