What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drywall Scrapper position at IBP?
Alpine Insulation seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Scraper to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove drywall scraps from job sites
- Deliver drywall scraps to a disposal site
- Install paper over subfloors to prep for drywall finishing
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in drywall or a related field is preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to arrive at our shop on time daily
