• Capacity: Hybrid – 3 days in office 2 days WFH –generally flexible but be in office for status/group/leadership meetings, follow the trend of the team, typically flexible

Day in the life:

• Start date: September 2nd 2024 or a little before

• Backfill for exiting consultant due to tenure

• Go to Market Team (DMI) 2AVPs that lead zones,

• More than 50% is reporting, numbers, dealing with retail panels

• Business intelligence focus – the day-to-day consists of monthly and weekly takes this analyst will be responsible for - updating the monthly performance deliverables report, working with Compass reporting, navigating through various reports, strength in Excel,

• Someone who is an Excel expert/intermediate – should be able to work with formulas, V-lookups, pivot tables, etc – please highlight this skill on the CV -

• Someone who is PowerPoint strong/intermediate level , please highlight this skill on the CV

• Not heavy on data visualization and technical – more analysis based

• Ad hoc projects as needed to expand their scope – i.e. analyzing a specific aspect of the business, analyzing competitors, analyzing launches

• Pricing updates

• Someone who is passionate and curious about the skincare market would be great

• Cross functional collaboration is key – team serves as a consultant for the Kiehl’s global team – a lot of decisions and aspects of the brand funnels through the go to market team and present opportunities for high visibility

• Some adhoc administrative duties as needed

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with all levels of the Kiehl’s DMI team as well as Kiehl’s cross-functional departments and international affiliates involved in the strategic development of Kiehl’s global business model
