DeliverablesDeliverables shall relate to the above tasks and may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Weekly activity reports, trip reports and briefings as necessary to keep OLE leadership and other personnel well informed on OLE international program activities.
Tracking and evaluation reports of OLE international technical assistance projects to keep OLE leadership and international program staff advised on status of OLE capacity building activities.
Required Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field (marine related fields preferred) and two or more years of experience in either law enforcement, analysis, marine fisheries or project management. Non- Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required.
IUU - Illegal Unreported Unregulated Fishery experience
PSMA - Port State Measures Agreement experience
Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) required.
Level of EffortThe work is expected to be full time (1,880 hours) for one contractor.
Domestic and international travel is authorized, for the purpose of participating in meetings and workshops.
Place of PerformanceRemote - the contractor may work from any location within the United States.
