Job Summary:
As the Director of Administration & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administrative and operational excellence functions of our organization. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and other key stakeholders to drive the strategic direction of the company, increase cost savings, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance overall performance. Your focus will be implementing and overseeing expense management strategies, administrative processes, and operational optimization, to drive and measure efficiency and deliver overall growth and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Operations: Lead and develop the administrative operational strategies of the region. Implement and oversee strategies for cost savings and expense management. Align the administrative support staff to elevate the automation and internal client experience.
Operational Excellence: Oversee optimization of day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient processes, resource allocation, and deployment of policies and procedures. Prioritize opportunities for process optimization, automation, and streamlining, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, client experience, and alignment of growth initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability to achieve organizational objectives. Facilitate alignment and provide support to home office functions, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with regional organizational goals.
